Introducing Dr. Lara Hochman
Lara Hochman, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients with a thoughtful and personal approach. She believes the best medicine starts with listening — taking time to understand each person’s story, goals, and challenges before creating a plan together.
Dr. Hochman enjoys helping patients make meaningful, realistic changes that fit their lives. She especially enjoys working with patients who are ready to take an active role in improving their health, guiding them to understand the “why” behind their care rather than simply following instructions. She values being thorough and unhurried, which allows her to catch important details and provide personal, precise care.Outside of the exam room, Dr. Hochman is an advocate for preserving high quality physician care, free from the limitations of insurance-driven medicine. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, getting lost in a good book, and being outdoors in nature whenever she gets the chance.

What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) covers most primary care services, including office visits, consultative services, care coordination, and comprehensive care management at no cost. Patients are encouraged to regularly consult with their doctors, allowing for better health management and substantial healthcare savings by reducing urgent care and emergency room visits.
